Ecology is required to post on its Internet site each record of decision submitted by a board. Further, any person may file a letter of concern or support with Ecology and the department may consider the concern or support expressed within the letter as it reviews the board's record of decision. The letter must be received by Ecology within 30 days of Ecology's receipt of the board's record of decision.
To facilitate the comment process, Ecology has provided electronic comment forms on this site. Comments on each decision are automatically submitted to the Ecology regional office responsible for the review.
The following water conservancy board records of decision have been recently received by Ecology. The comment deadline identifies the last day comments will be accepted for the related decision. Please note the separate links to the electronic comment forms. It is important to use the comment form listed with the decision in which you are interested.
The date shown is 30 days from the receipt of the ROD and/or ROD withdrawal and is the date that the ROD or withdrawal notice will be removed from the Web page. If you wish to comment on more than one decision, please do so separately for each decision.

Application for Change/Transfer No.CHEL-08-02 filed by Steve Shiflett.
The board has withdrawn the referenced issued Record of Decision and Report of Examination. Ecology review period provided by RCW 90.80.080 is terminated without prejudice for the referenced application for change/transfer. |
