These photos were taken on the December 16, 2006 during the raising of the F/V Stanley by the San Juan County Public Works, with the assistance from the Department of Natural Resources and the Island Oil Spill Association. Ecology provided containment boom used to encircle the vessel near Lopez Island in Fisherman's Bay.
