Planning StandardsDocumenting Compliance with the Planning Standards WAC 173-182-350 requires that contingency plans contain a spreadsheet to describe compliance with the planning standards. Each plan holder must provide a spreadsheet on the resources intended to meet the planning standards. This spreadsheet shall account for boom, recovery systems, storage, and personnel by type, quantity, home base and provider. Ecology recommends that each plan holder work closely with your Primary Response Contractors (PRC) to develop these spreadsheets. How Do I Develop a Spreadsheet? The rule outlines the methodology used to ‘calculate’ the planning standards. Ecology has developed a How-To manual that outlines that process. Please choose the appropriate form from the list below to download the appropriate planning standard spreadsheet (in Excel format): WAC 173-182-355: Transfer sites for covered vessels at locations where transfers occur, and for facilities with a vessel terminal WAC 173-182-360: General planning standards for covered vessel transit locations for all of Puget Sound WAC 173-182-365: Transmission pipelines and pipeline tank farms WAC 173-182-370: San Juan County planning standard WAC 173-182-375: Padilla Bay planning standard WAC 173-182-380: Commencement Bay – Quartermaster Harbor planning standard WAC 173-182-385: Nisqually planning standard WAC 173-182-390: Dungeness planning standard WAC 173-182-395: Neah Bay staging area WAC 173-182-400: Copalis, Flattery Rocks and Quillayute Needles planning standard WAC 173-182-405: Grays Harbor planning standard WAC 173-182-410: Willapa planning standard WAC 173-182-415: Cathlamet staging area WAC 173-182-420: Vancouver planning standard WAC 173-182-430: Tri-cities planning standard WAC 173-182-450: Washington Outer Coast planning standard for:
