Summary Information 

Date of Incident:  
between 12:00 a.m. and 12:05 a.m., Tuesday, December 30, 2003

Location:  
Point Wells - at the Chevron Texaco Terminal

Product/Quantity:  
Approximately 4,800 gallons of oil entered the water, and another 1,075 gallons were recovered from the barge deck. The oil was a intermediate to heavy fuel oil.

Cause:  
Under Investigation.
